This course is the foundation for all future training and is vital to becoming proficient in the Israeli methods. This course includes the following key topics and is 100% "on the range", hands on training:

• Live Fire Israeli Combat Training "Body, Gun, Shoot!"

• "Shooting on the Run" (i.e. "The Officer Down" scenario)
• Operating Under Stress
• Aggressive Attitude Building Techniques
• Learning to Think Outside of the "Square Range" Mentality
This course is high energy, very aggressive and we cover a lot of ground.
As with all of Israeli Combat Training, you do not need to be in great shape to train with us. What you must have is an open mind to absorb ideas and concepts that may seem new to you and a good dose of "P.M.A." (Positive Mental Attitude).

“Point firing” techniques
