The Registration is a two-step process. 1. Fill out the liability release (below) and 2. Fill out the online application.

Israeli Combat Training REQUIRES a hand-signed copy of the Release of Liability form available here. It can be downloaded in PDF form below. Once printed and signed it can be scanned and emailed to Ben@Israelicombattraining.com. It can also be brought in person to the training session. Thank you!
